Let me start by saying that I listen to TWiT every week religiously on Mondays. When I’m in the freezer filling tickets or writing new blog content however, I don’t want to constantly have to listen to John Dvorak complaining about everything ever created. I used to think he was kind of funny, in the “Old man who doesn’t like anything modern” sort of way. Ironic since he was a writer at PC magazine back in the day. (I was going to do a Wiki search to confirm but I got lazy)
Second topic, SNDK, or SanDisk, jumped over 30% on Friday due to rumors of a possible bid my Samsung. Regardless of fact or fiction, just like I thought, it dropped like a rock (yes, it’s still up 20% since Thursday). Hope all you guys were shorting that baby, because I made a combined 40% profit on that stock in about 3 days. It’s going to go back to where it was, I don’t see Samsung buying it anytime in the near future.
