PHX vs. SAN Game 4

What a mess.

The officials have lost complete control of the series. Not only were numerous bad calls made throughout the game on BOTH teams, they make ticky-tack calls in attempts to control the game, and then turned a blind eye to way more obvious ones.

Game 3 really messed up a lot for the Suns, there were at least 10 poor calls, and it really forced the Suns to hunker down and deal with it. Obviously, I wasn’t surprised when a few calls were made in their favor in Game 4, as somewhat of a make up, as is typical with the NBA.

HOWEVER–superstars should not get benefit of the doubt. That’s the dumbest thing ever. A foul is a foul, it’s the same if Tim Duncan smacks you, or if Jordan Farmar smacks you, in the end, you got smacked. I HATE that portion of the NBA, and it really stacks things against players who I honestly think could be better than the star players in certain situations if they weren’t punished for trying.

Replay should be introduced to the NBA, it’s almost instant regardless, what’s a few more seconds on some close calls to just watch a replay? It’s no different than the officials huddle that happens now, and it only means you’re going to get the call correct.

The NBA has been going downhill fast, and David Stern is a moron. I doubt he can even dribble a basketball, so what does he know anything about fouls, fines, and suspensions? I wish enough people actually cared about the game enough to stand up for something, and boycott and complain bad decisions made, but the country is fickle, and they can’t live without their sport, so they’re going to go to games, and watch it, regardless of how bad it’s becoming.

Pathetic.

B. Spears

2_133456_1_2482.jpgIt’s official. She’s ugly.

What female shaves her head? Obviously this is some sort of cry for attention. I have heard this covered on the news a few times, and never really cared much. The chatter about Anna Nicole Smith has dulled my senses to these sorts of stories, (or so I thought) until I gave in the the temptation of looking for a picture of it online.

One word. Ew. Maybe that’s just a sound. At this point, I’m not sure of anything. What does it mean when a former pop icon and role model for young children grows up into…well, this. Frankly, I’m not sure what to think, either she has been losing too much money, and not produced any decent songs lately, and needs to jumpstart her career again, or she has fallen to the wayside like many famous American figures.

There seems to be a repeating cycle, and the addiction for money, fame, and attention eventually ruins these people’s lives. It’s sad really, to see someone throw everything away for pointless [entertainment?].

Good luck Ms. Spears, make sure you put a cap on when you go outside, it’s cold this time of the year.
